We extend a generous 30-day return policy on all eligible items. This means you have a full month—30 calendar days—starting from the day your order is marked as delivered, to decide if your item is perfect and to initiate a return request if it’s not.

For us to accept your return and successfully process a refund or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition you received it. This means it must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any odors or signs of wear (such as pet hair, makeup, or stains).

Packaging & Tags: All original tags must still be securely attached, and the item must be returned in its original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging to prevent damage during return transit).

Proof of Purchase: You must include your original receipt, packing slip, or a clear copy of your proof of purchase (e.g., the order confirmation email or screenshot).

If an item is returned to us and does not meet these criteria, we may be unable to complete the refund, and you may be responsible for the cost of having the non-eligible item shipped back to you. We highly recommend inspecting your items as soon as they arrive!

B. No Label, No Problem! (Starting Your Return)
You might be looking through your package for a prepaid return label and not finding one. Don’t worry! We do not pre-print return labels, as every return is unique and requires specific instructions.

We will personally walk you through the necessary steps and provide you with a unique, authorized return label and instructions tailored to your specific situation.

C. The Easy Return Initiation Process
To ensure the fastest resolution for your return, please follow these simple steps when contacting us at support@bladehood.com:

Essential Identification: Please provide your Order Number and the Full Name used on the order. This allows us to locate your purchase instantly.

Order Confirmation: Attach a clear Proof of Purchase (such as a screenshot of your order information or confirmation email).

Tell Us Why: Clearly state the Reason(s) for the Return (e.g., “Item is too large,” “Received damaged item,” or “Changed my mind”).

Visual Evidence (Crucial for Defects/Damages): To expedite the verification for a refund or replacement regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please attach a video or clear photo of the product illustrating the issue. This step is a huge time-saver!

What Happens Next?
Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it carefully. This inspection is usually completed within 24 hours of our receipt. You will then receive an email notification confirming that your return process is complete. If a refund is due, it will be immediately initiated.

We issue refunds within 14 calendar days of the approval confirmation. Please be aware that while we send the funds instantly, your specific bank or credit card company might require an additional 3–5 working days to fully process the credit and post it back to your account. Your patience during this final banking step is sincerely appreciated!

D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products (Our Responsibility)
We deeply apologize if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item or wrong size compared to what you ordered). This is completely on us, and we are committed to making it right immediately.

Bladehood only supports exchanges for items where the fault lies with us. If this situation occurs, please contact us immediately at support@bladehood.com so we can coordinate a free replacement or a full refund.

E. Exchanges: Getting the Perfect Fit
As noted above, we are happy to arrange exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrectly shipped, or the wrong size relative to the original order. If you need to exchange an item for one of these reasons, please contact us without hesitation at support@bladehood.com.

The best part? If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged due to our error, Bladehood will gladly cover the return shipping cost. You will not be responsible for any fees associated with sending the faulty product back to us.

F. Refunds: The Money Back Promise
After your return is received and meticulously inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. The refund will be processed and issued within 14 calendar days of approval. We do not have control over the final posting time, so we kindly ask you to consult your bank statement over the following days. If you haven’t seen the credit after the specified banking timeframe, please reach out to us for further assistance!

G. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes circumstances change immediately after placing an order. To receive a full refund for cancellation, you must notify us within 4 hours of placing your order.

Why the Deadline? After this 4-hour window, the order may be immediately forwarded to our production or fulfillment department. Once production has begun or the item has been packed, we may no longer be able to intercept the order, and the ability to cancel may be lost. We will do our absolute best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed after this period.

A Crucial Note on Shipping Details
Before finalizing your purchase, please take a moment to double-check and verify that your shipping address is 100% correct, including the accurate street name and house number. We rely on the exact details you provide for timely delivery. If a delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or causes the delivery to be unsuccessful, the customer will regrettably bear the corresponding loss. We cannot be responsible for costs associated with lost packages due to incorrect customer-provided addresses. Your kind understanding ensures smooth logistics for everyone!
