Order Processing Timelines
All standard orders are subjected to an internal processing time of 2 to 5 business days before dispatch.
Business Days: Defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and all recognized U.S. federal holidays.
Order Placement Time: Orders submitted after 7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) will be processed starting the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Sunday are queued for processing on the subsequent Monday or the next available business day.
⚙️ Specialized Order Processing
Customization: Orders involving custom-printed shirts, personalized designs, or special requests require an additional 1–3 business days for necessary artwork setup and production verification.
Bulk/Wholesale: Bulk or wholesale orders exceeding 50 units may require 7–10 business days for processing, dependent on current stock levels and production capacity.
🛑 Daily Processing Cut-Off
The cut-off time for same-day order submission (to begin processing on that day) is 7:00 PM EST. Orders received after this timestamp will be automatically scheduled for the following business day.

💵 Shipping Costs
A standardized flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 USD is applied to all domestic orders.
🚫 Non-Serviceable Locations
We are currently unable to fulfill and ship orders to the following destinations:
Alaska and Hawaii
All U.S. Territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa)
P.O. Boxes
APO/FPO/DPO military mail addresses
We are continuously evaluating logistics solutions to expand our shipping coverage.
📍 Tracking Information
Upon dispatch of the order, a tracking number will be generated and distributed to the customer’s registered email address (or via SMS if opted in). Customers should allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking information after receiving the notification.
🗓️ Holiday & Peak Season Adjustments
Note on Delays: During major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and peak periods, both processing and transit times may be subject to delays due to increased courier congestion and order volume.
Recommendation: To ensure timely arrival, it is strongly recommended that orders be placed 2–3 weeks prior to any significant holiday or nationwide event.
